1. Who We Are

This policy applies to the macOS application Fireplace Live Wallpaper ("the App"), available on the Mac App Store. For any privacy questions, contact make_value@hotmail.com.

2. Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal data. Specifically, the App:

• Contains no analytics or telemetry — we cannot see how you use the App
• Contains no advertising or ad SDKs
• Contains no tracking of any kind — no cross-app tracking, no device fingerprinting
• Requires no account, sign-up, or login
• Does not access your files, photos, contacts, microphone, camera, or browsing data
• Makes no network requests to our servers — the App has no backend

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores your preferences — such as your selected fireplace, sound on/off state, screensaver timing, and login-launch setting — only on your Mac, using macOS's standard local preferences storage. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is never visible to us
• Is removed when you delete the App (or run defaults delete com.suhangj.fireplacewallpaper in Terminal)

4. Purchases

The App is a paid download on the Mac App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your name, payment method, or any transaction details. See Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.

5. Children's Privacy

The App collects no data from anyone, including children, and is rated 4+ on the App Store.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change how the App handles data, we will update this page and the App Store privacy labels. Since the App has no network access, any future change would be visible in the App itself.
